The team at Precision is great, from the initial visit to completion was stress free and really overall excellent workmanship. Their prices might seem high but their workmanship and product is excellent. Precision got us upgraded to a very quiet belt drive door with WiFi connectivity for better security. The technician that did the install were very professional, the work was done timely one day. When they had an out of box issue, they immediately got that remedied that same day. Fast and Efficient. And Tiffany was great also, with following up from start to finish and to ensure satisfaction. Great work Precision, we will definitely recommend you and we know who to call for any issues. I had an issue with my garage door randomly stopping. I called and was able to get a technician to come out the same day. My technician, Dennis, called about an hour before my scheduled appointment window to see if he could arrive 30 minutes early, which was perfect since I was on my way home anyway. My garage door and opener needed a lot of work, which Dennis did professionally and quickly. Even though it was a late Friday afternoon, he was able to complete the project before the weekend, which was a relief for me. I will be using Precision for all my future maintenance needs.

Richard, accompanied with his associate Brian came out to do a consult and a price estimate to install an overhead garage door system. I immediately agreed to the offer and they got started immediately. They were very transparent on the price options and what I would get in return for the deal. The system they installed really out performs the builder grade system that was installed in the secondary garage doors. It is 100% quieter and operates smoothly. Their quality of work and professional knowledge was worth the affordable price point. I have had some issues with other contractors in the area doing what they say and offer, but they were on time and as advertised. Oh yea, they offered military discounts! James was wonderful! He called in advance, to let me know when he would be arriving. He was on time, polite and very professional. He replaced our keypad that was under warranty even after 9 years, and made a quick adjustment to our door. Our garage door is so quiet that you hardly know it's even opening. It's not until our friends notice how quiet it is, that we even think about about. I ordered our over-sized, barn style, custom door from Precision Doors 10 years ago and we've had a great experience with them ever since. My garage door broke today. When I looked up repair in my area Precision Overhead came up. I noticed they had more stars than others, so I gave them a call. My call was handled fast. The lady on the phone was very nice. Dennis showed up to my door later the same day. He told me the issue and that fix. He was here for a couple hours and left with my garage door running smooth. He even programmed my 2 vehicles to the opener. Dennis was a professional, he knew what he was talking about and didn’t give us anything we didn’t need. Nice to find a good human do get the job done quickly, but also correctly. I couldn’t be happier with Dennis or my call to Precision.

The name of my technician was Alan Handberry. He wasn’t listed as I guess he is a bit new. The service was awesome. Was here when promised. Gave me several options. I finally decided to just replace the garage door. The guys came out and went ahead and actually removed the door that was up so I could use my garage. All this on a Saturday. Prices were fair and all the employees were in a good mood and very friendly and polite. I highly recommend. I actually own a business very similar to this one and these guys didn’t miss a beat. I called on a Friday afternoon because one of my garage doors had stopped working due to a broken part. I was answered quickly and offered a Sunday appointment. I instead asked for a Monday appointment, and had a choice of several 2-hour windows. I chose a 4-6pm window so I could be home from work. The agent explained there would be a $65 assessment fee, along with any repairs. I agreed. As promised, the tech called me about 30 minutes before arrival, and showed up about 5pm. He did an assessment on both my garage doors (each were about 15 years old and had never serviced), then carefully explained the problems with each. He offered 3 levels of service/repairs. For the broken door I chose the mid-grade overhaul, which replaced the broken roller and weak springs, along with other items (bushings, etc.), and came with a lifetime warranty on the replaced parts. This door cost about $600 to repair. The second door was slightly used and in decent shape, so I chose the basic service which cost about $150. The total cost was about $750 (which included the $65 assessment fee), the work was completed within 2 hours of his arrival, and I was able to pay with a credit card and have a complete statement of work and receipt emailed to me. No one wants to have a sudden repair charge, but I felt the work done was well executed, resolved my issues, and the the service request and delivery process was professional in every way. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and use them again in the future.

I called on a Sunday afternoon when by garage door pulley system malfunctioned. Door had come off the track, frame pulled out of the wall, and rollers fell out. What a mess. I was going out of town and needed quick service.I was scheduled for first thing the following morning. Great Experience.Was given a two hour time window and technician called about 15 minutes prior to the window to tell me where he was and approximately when in that windows he was going to arrive. Arrived, discussed my concern, inspected door, gave advice and proposed estimates in good/better/best options. I went with a rebuild minus one suggestion. Ricky B. provided excellent service! I recently purchased my home and had no external access to the garage. I would go through the front door, enter the garage, open it with the wall control and then go back out and park my car. I was given a remote at closing. Although I had the battery changed, it still did not work. Ricky completed a 25 point inspection on my garage. He repaired my current garage door opener and greased the components of the motion mechanism so that it would not squeak. He reprogrammed the external entry portal . He also acknowledged that the previous owners purchased the garage door from their company. I was able to purchase the warranty so that there is seamless continuity of service for the garage door. His customer service and kindness were beyond my expectations. Every business owner should be so fortunate to have an employee like this!
