What Qualifications Do You Need?
While garage door repair and replacement experience is a definite plus, it’s not a requirement – our training program will teach you the ins and outs of our garage door services.
We’re looking for technicians who can provide excellent customer service, maintain great workmanship, and enjoy a fast-paced daily schedule.
Other qualifications include:
- Strong work ethic and attendance record
- Ability to deliver superior customer service
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and a background check
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Experience with mechanical skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some sales experience is a plus
Your Responsibilities
As you can probably guess, repairing and replacing residential garage doors and their components will be a large part of your daily responsibilities. You’ll also need strong customer service skills as you’ll be working closely with homeowners in our community.
Precision technicians must be knowledgeable about our warranties, parts, and exclusive products so they can provide accurate information to customers.
Of course, we’ll provide you with everything you need to build a successful career with us – including a company truck, extensive training, and continuing support.
